Cancellation Policy

No refunds

All payments for AskVid Pro subscriptions are non-refundable. Once a billing period has been charged, that payment will not be returned regardless of usage or cancellation timing.

Cancel any time

You may cancel your subscription at any time — no forms, no waiting. Simply visit your dashboard, scroll to the subscription card, and click Cancel subscription. Your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period, after which your account reverts to the Free plan.

What happens after cancellation

• You keep all Pro features until your paid period expires.
• No further charges will be made after cancellation.
• Your account and chat history are preserved — you simply move to Free tier limits.

Duplicate charges

If you believe you have been charged twice for the same billing period, contact us at contact@askvid.site with the subject "Duplicate charge" and we will investigate promptly.
