5. Plans and billing

Free plan features are offered at our discretion. Paid plans are billed in advance. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.

6. Intellectual property

AskVid and its logo are our property. You retain all rights to content you submit. You grant us a limited licence to process your videos and questions to provide the service.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is". AI-generated answers may contain errors. We are not responsible for decisions made based on AI output.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AskVid's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the preceding 3 months.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
